Air
Memphis International Airport is a major hub in the United State airline system. Northwest Airlines (along with it's regional airline Northwest Airlink and international partner KLM) operate a major hub in Memphis, while American, Delta, Southwest, United, AirTrans, and Contential also have scheduled flights in and out of the airport.
We usually secure a discount through Northwest Airlines in time for the convention. Please check back later for instructions on this.
Traveling and Packing Guidelines
Keep in mind that the airlines are subject to change rules for baggage size, amount of time needed for check-in as well as other things. Please make sure and check with your airline as far as the requirements a week or two prior to your flight to verify the current rules.
The Transportation Security Administration has put together a good website for information on how to pack, what to pack, prohibited items in your baggage as well as what to wear to the airport. Please check out: http://www.tsa.gov/public/

Hotel Shuttle:
The Whispering Woods Hotel and Conference Center does offer a free shuttle from the airport to the Mephit Fur Meet site.
YOU MUST contact them directly at least 24 hours in advance to arrange for pickup. Please call them direct at (866) 851-0393 during normal business hours to arrange this.
Rental Car:
