Transportation to/from airport

Will the hotel be running a scheduled shuttle service, because I'm sure more than a few will be flying in.  If not, we need to contact the hotel 24 hours prior and scheduled a pickup, correct?

They told me that they start there pick ups at 0800 and no earlier.
